Sundays at Bloomsbury
Sundays at Bloomsbury offer plenty of choices, including services,
lunch and plenty of opportunities to meet others. To download
and print out the latest Sunday notice
sheets,
Here's how the schedule looks, week
by week...

10.30am Tea and coffee

chance to catch up with old friends and to make new ones.
11.00am Morning service
in the Sanctuary. Most Sundays, this service includes
contributions from our choir,
and the music is led by our church orchestra.
Children go to Sunday
Club soon after the morning service has begun, and visiting
children are welcome to join them. A crèche
room is available for babies and toddlers. Communion is celebrated
on the first Sunday morning (and third Sunday evening) of
each month. Everyone is invited to receive communion.
Tea and coffee
in the Foyer is served after the morning service.
12.45am The Filipino group
meets in the Lounge for Bible study, prayer and support.
1.00pm Sunday lunch
downstairs in the Friendship Centre. Sunday
lunch at Bloomsbury is a 30+ year tradition, and includes
a traditional three course roast (or vegetarian, please ask).
You can buy tickets for lunch after the morning service. Places
at lunch are reserved for 24 homeless guests, who can register
for lunch at 10.30am on the church steps.

once a month after Sunday lunch. Please ask for details of
their current programme.
2.30pm The Japanese Christian
Fellowship meets in the
Sanctuary for worship in Japanese, and their service is followed
by refreshments served in the forum.
The Friendship Centre
remains open all afternoon for people to continue to
chat and get to know one another.
6.30pm Evening service
in the Sanctuary. This is often quieter than the morning
service, but attracts all ages. Communion is celebrated on
the third Sunday evening (and the first Sunday morning) of
each month. Everyone is invited to receive communion.
Tea and coffee
in the Foyer are served after the service.
