BUGB General Secretary at Bloomsbury

Returning to Bloomsbury's pulpit to preach after a 31 year gap, Jonathan Edwards, now General Secretary of the Baptist Union, was guest preacher on Sunday 20 January 2008.

At the morning service he shared with the congregation his passion for prayer and its place within the community of believers.

With friends from London Baptist Association churches swelling the evening congregation he continued 'the journey' of the denomination after the Baptist Union Council's apology for the transatlantic slave trade.
