Bloomsbury is a part of the world-wide Baptist
family as a member church of the London
Baptist Association whose offices are in the church building,
a member church of the Baptist
Union of Great Britain and an associate member church
of the Baptist World Alliance. Members and friends support
the work of Baptist World Mission through the birthday scheme.
Ecumenically, our ministers are active in
the Soho Minister’s Group, and the church is a keen
supporter of the work of both Churches
Together in Westminster and Christians
Together in Camden. We also play an active part in the Camden
Faith Communities Partnership which draws together leaders
Faith leaders across Camden.
The church supports the work of Christian
Aid and is a registered Fairtrade church.
Locally, Bloomsbury send representatives
to British Museum community liaison events, West Central Forum
meetings and currently hosts the Community Working Group meetings
for the Central
Saint Giles development.
