Bloomsbury Minister Simon Woodman takes a hard look at the 'strange' healing stories of Peter's shadow and Paul's handkerchiefs from the book of Acts. He says,
"The healing that is in view here, is not the healing of the individual, but the healing of society. And the challenge is to seek the transformation of those structures that disable the weak and vulnerable, that marginalise the minority, and that seek to legitimate their own power by claiming for themselves a healing power that it is only God’s to dispense."
