We're Recruiting: Church Operations Manager
Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church are seeking to appoint a Church Operations Manager to support and facilitate the ministry and mission of the Church as it occurs through the building, including on Sundays. This 4-day per week role encompasses a range of responsibilities including strategic leadership, administrative and financial organisation, congregational support, volunteer management, site coordination, and governance responsibilities. The right applicant will be enthusiastic in their support of Bloomsbury’s mission, vision, and values, and be willing to work flexibly including some evenings. Salary range £27,200-29,600 (£34,000-37,000 Full Time Equivalent). Normal working days: Sunday–Wednesday.
